The driver that came to tow my Harley Davidson Streetglide Motorcycle, Rick, did an excellent job! Very conscientious about handling a motorcycle. Would recommend this company and driver for any motorcycle tows.

The person I spoke with at first was not as helpful as any other I have called before. She also said it would be 1 hr 45 minutes wait for tow, but it took him about 35 mins to arrive... Tow truck driver was great.

On 6/18/21, during a camping trip, I got out of my car to take a picture of a scenic over view. My car was running, with hazard lights on and pulled over to the side of the road. For some reason my car locked even though it was running. I have had this car for 11 years and this has never happened. I called AAA at around 435pm for unlock service. I was told service driver would be at my location by approximately 540pm. No one had arrived by 548pm, so I called AAA back. I was transferred by AAA to the company that was supposed to be coming to unlock me (I don't recall name of company)and they told me they don't service the area I was in. No one had been dispatched!! I was obviously upset. No one was on the way and my car was still running and I was still waiting at the side of the road. I called AAA again but was having trouble getting through (my location was a bit isolated/I was at a state park but in a remote area of park). I reached AAA again at 612pm and was told another company had been dispatched and the company would be contacting me when driver was dispatched. By 622pm since no service driver or company had contacted me I called AAA back and this time requested to speak to a supervisor since I was not confident anyone had been dispatched still. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and never reached a supervisor. I noted an incoming call on my phone while I was on hold so I opted to take the incoming call since it was the local area code. It was the new service driver advising me he would arrive in approximately 45 min. (he was there even sooner thankfully). I also noted after hanging up that I has missed a call, it was a voicemail from Murphy's Wrecker Service advising me driver was on route. Murphy's did exactly as expected and I have no complaints about that service or their very helpful service driver, they were excellent. But now I understand that AAA does not do any follow up to see if a driver is actually dispatched to the stranded motorist!! This makes me feel much less confident in roadside assistance from AAA. I waited at the side of the road (with my car running the whole time also) from approximately 435pm until 715pm. This is not acceptable at all. I am a solo female traveler. I am very grateful this did not happen at night! I also am disappointed the I was never received a follow-up call by a supervisor (or anyone really) since I requested to speak with one and AAA was clearly aware there was an issue with this dispatch. Also AAA should be checking that a driver is actually dispatched to the motorist, this should not be the responsibility of the stranded driver! 435pm-715pm is a loooong time to be waiting on help at the side of the road. My confidence in AAA roadside assistance has been greatly reduced by this incident.
